Marieann knows the connection between participation and improving business processes. Her ability to galvanize groups around creating and committing to new process designs has led to measurably improved performance, reduction in cycle times and cost reductions through process streamlining for many companies. She supports organization change through the design and delivery of varied training programs in quality management, including ISO Standard implementation, customer satisfaction, team development and continuous improvement for industry and non-profits. Recent projects with for-profit and non-profit clients have resulted in measurable performance improvements and successful Third Party compliance assessments.
In her work as Senior Associate with the Center for Strategic Facilitation www.strategicfacilitation.com she provides facilitation training and reinforces her technical training and consulting activities. She participates in the non-profit world as Secretary of the Global Facilitators Service Corps, a 501 c(3) that provides training and resources in psycho-social disaster and crisis recovery and rehabilitation and helps communities help themselves. She is also part of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Silicon Valley Section Leadership Committee, dedicated to supporting its members and the Community by promoting the application of quality concepts and values through sponsoring a diverse range of networking, education, professional and organizational development activities.
Marieann trains in the Institute of Cultural Affair's ToP® Group Facilitation Methods. She is a past Chair of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), and a Senior Member, a Past Chair and Leadership Committee member of ASQ (American Society for Quality, Silicon Valley Section). She has been an instructor in the Silicon Valley American Society for Quality (ASQ) Quality and Biomedical Course program since 2002. She is RAB certified ISO Lead Auditor trained.
